What RD030 is not

No. Your PMS, RMS and other systems stay in place. RD030 is the shared working layer above them: it makes data, knowledge, responsibilities and processes visible, documented and controllable.

Data arrives through official APIs, report and file imports, customer-provided exports and approved data access.

Where do AI functions run?

Planned: AI functions run on our own infrastructure in Germany using self-operated language models. No data is shared with US AI services. These functions are not live yet.

What happens to emails and files?

Emails, attachments and files are processed in Germany under a data processing agreement, with permissions by role and hotel. AI-assisted naming, sorting, checking and monitoring is planned.

Complexity grows. Know-how does not keep up.

Every new system, spreadsheet and script solves an individual problem and creates dependencies understood by only a few people. When someone leaves, that context leaves with them.

Knowledge when teams change

Responsibilities, deadlines, data sources and processes are intended to be documented in RD030 rather than held by individuals. This keeps context traceable for authorised team members and gives onboarding a shared foundation. Module statuses are marked as planned.

Modules instead of workarounds

Spreadsheets, scripts and mini-apps are brought together step by step as documented modules on one shared working layer. Responsibilities, deadlines and permissions remain traceable. The module builder is planned; existing solutions are not replaced without review.
